From 1 April 2018 the Athletics NZ community will be taking registrations online through a clubs registration page on ClubNet. Once set up, this significantly reduces you volunteer's time spent registering members each season. To help set up your club up for the season and to introduce some of the differences when managing your members and finances on ClubNet, we have created some workshops and webinars to support your volunteers.
There are also some refresher and Q&A webinars to support all clubs, so please sign up to one of these or contact your local super user for support during the new season.
These workshop will focus on setting up the online registration portal in ClubNet and the day-to-day management of members and finances using online registrations. The regions below still have a number of clubs who are yet to use online registrations, if your region isn't offered a workshop there are webinar options for you to attend.

These workshops provide a great opportunity to connect with other clubs who are going through or have been through a similar process, by networking together, we can learn from one another with the aim of improving not only registrations but the whole member experience at your club.
For those who are unable to attend their local workshop, we will hold online webinars that you can access from your own home. All you need is a computer, the internet and the link to access it (which you will receive once you've registered).
